When I bought my Mazda CX-30 at Ipswich Mazda on Sat 20/9, the sales representative who took me on a test drive was Penny. She thoroughly explained all the features of the car to me. She was very patient with my driving, giving me clear instructions which were very important to me as I’m a learner driver. Penny ‘s product knowledge was very good and I thought her customer service skills were superb. I bought the car yesterday, paid a deposit but will wait until November to take delivery. I feel confident that Penny will continue her great service to me until my car is ready for me. I expect that I will be arranging for the servicing of the car with Ipswich Mazda in the future.

I recently purchased a 2025 MX-5 GT RF from Ipswich Mazda and I have to say that the team was fantastic. Gary looked after me from the first enquiry all the way through to delivery of the car. The process was very relaxed and enjoyable. Joel was on top of the finance side and went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. Overall a fantastic experience, great deal, and an awesome car. I forgot to mention the fixed-price servicing is an awesome addition to the deal.

These guys and gals are awesome, every one of the staff interacted with me regardless of what they were doing! Went in to look at the Mazda 3 hatch, was greeted by Gary S, who showed me a couple of options, took me for a test drive, I was impressed with the performance of the base Mazda3 hatch. However it didn’t meet my needs space wise, so Gary showed me a Mazda6 6 speed 2.5 turbo G35 GT SP, I opened boot, I could have slept in it, it’s huge. Then I opened the drivers door, I was greeted with that new car smell of leather, I opened it completely and was stunned to see Burgundy coloured leather, yes Burgundy! It was love at first sight, Gary told me this particular car was sold, I asked if he had anymore, he assured me he did. Okay I said, I would like one. We went through the process of trade in and costs, all sorted. I met the Business Manager Joel B, another great man to deal with, deposit paid, new car on its way. I was kept informed of the progress throughout! Delivery time late afternoon 31 July 25, Gary was there to meet me at the allotted time, we signed a few more documents, then it was time to go through everything in the car, Gary was brilliant, he explained all the bells and whistles and the next thing I know I’m driving out of the showroom. The experience was amazing from start to finish, Gary just couldn’t do enough for me, he rang me on Saturday to see how it was all going, I told him it’s awesome. Then I asked a question about sensors, he said come in and see me, no hesitation. Problem solved I just hadn’t turned on a button, happy as! I would highly recommend Ipswich Mazda to anyone, Gary is the man, but from my own experience all the staff appear to be capable and customer focused. 10/10 to Ipswich Mazda.

We just bought a new Mazda CX-3 2025 and he understood what we were after in a car. Very friendly and easy to talk too. I recently purchased a car from Ipswich Mazda back in December 2024. I arrived today, 09/06/2025, to collect my Mazda MX-5 GT RF RS in Soul Crystal Red — convertible, 2-door, 6-speed manual, 2.0L. Originally, the wonderful sales assistant Riannon sold me the vehicle. However, Riannon went on maternity leave, so when I collected the car yesterday, I was greeted by one of the most outstanding personalities I’ve come across in years — Penny. Wow, talk about character! She had the most wonderful charisma, charm, energy, wit, and an absolute diamond of a personality. Penny knew what she was talking about from the word go, and we even learned something new about the car together, which was so exciting. The MX-5 has a 9-speaker sound system. Yes, 9 is an odd number — which led us to discover that the 9th “speaker” is actually the subwoofer. And man, does it kick! Like, wow. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. It is literally my dream car. Mazda were also so kind to me — since my car sadly didn’t arrive on time, they gave me the first official service free. I also need to give a huge shout-out to the incredible Gemma — so unbelievably professional, kind, and gracious. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. Thank you as well to Richard for putting up with my many phone calls — I really value your professionalism. If anyone is looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend Ipswich Mazda.
